On The 30th Day of Xmas, My true love gave to Me----

Well here,s Jackson, yes I know I forgot to turn the pic. Doesn,t he have a cute smile. Another Jackson, helping with the tree. The Jackson look at its best!
Ok, if you want to be the best cook at the xmas party, make this. Its time consuming, but worth it. Read on if you want for the directions.

My fireplace. Isn,t it pretty. I have been looking for one for acouple months now, and we found this at Fort Lewis. Love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Puts out alot of heat. Now a flat screen needs to go over it.

Pudding Pie.
Layer 1----- 1cup of flour 1/2 cup of butter,I melt it some. 2.3 chopped peanuts Mix as for a pie crust Bake at 350 for 20 min. 9x13 pan cool.
Layer 2 8 oz. cream cheese 1 cup powered sugar 1/3 crunchy peanut butter Fold in 1 small coolwhip-8oz. Mix and spread over layered 1. This need to chill in the fridge before spreading
Layer 3---Beat together 1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding. 1 small choc. instant pudding. 2 3Spread over layer 2
Layer 4 cover top with most of a 12oz cool whip. Sprinkle with choc. springles and or chopped nuts. Refrigerate. This works fine with sugar free cool whip as well with the puddings, sugar free. It is to die for.
